Note sure if this is meant or not but the outcome is that (at least) ComputedId data connectors (and probably many, many more) do not honour exportAttributes failoverDataConnector noRetryDelay and so forth.

If this isn’t meant it should/might be an easy fix.

I'll start this off with Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ) and he can assign it to me to fix if he agrees that this is wrong
