Added profile configuration parameters for wiring manipulation function for:

* authorization code claims (authorize -endpoint)
* access token claims (authorize and token -endpoints)
* refresh token claims (token -endpoint)

Similarly to https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JOIDC-104 , the functions are BiFunctions that produce Map<String,Object> : if the produced Map is non-null, it’ll be used for replacing the existing token claims set contents.

The SWF actions that produce the tokens exploit the functions if they’re set.

* Further testing (initial tests implemented for the authorize and token -flow tests)
