We’re currently discussing implementing a plugin/extension which would allow the IDP to expose functinalities to improve security and trust from the user-perspective.

This task has been created to track the idea and contribute some brainstorming on the implications

Basically we’re looking in the mid-long term feasibility of a plugin which would expose APIs to:

* query the existing valid access/refresh tokens and the associated sessions (e.g. RP, IP and browser at authorization time etc..)
* revoke all the access/refresh tokens for a subject (e.g. when he changes his password on the backend system)

building such a plugin would (at least) require to tap into various endpoints:

* authentication: to record the client IP, browser etc…
* token endpoint: to track which have been released
* revocation endpoint: to track which have been invalidated (here the plugin might have to know and replicate the OP revocation logic)
