FWIW there is no /opt/shibboleth-idp directory on the box.

Working directory is /workspaces/jhu/jhu-4.2.0-20220329/shibboleth-idp

I am running bin/plugin.sh from the working dir.

/workspaces is a link to /Volumes/workspaces
