Looks like some path confusion:

File /opt/shibboleth-idp/dist/plugin-webapp/WEB-INF/lib/accessors-smart-1.2.jar was not renamed away because it does not exist
/Volumes/workspaces/jhu/jhu-4.2.0-20220329/shibboleth-idp/dist/plugin-webapp/WEB-INF/lib/accessors-smart-1.2.jar already exists

It looks like you have some sort of logical name for idp.home?
