Version 2.3.0 looks ok, no issues in any of the projects in the IdP stack. Will bump the version in java-parent-project POM.

Turns out that at least in the Santuario native API that we use, you add the resolvers you want via static methods on their ResourceResolver class, so that’s what we have to do to fix the broken detached signature test. There’s unfortunately no way to “undo” that once it’s added, they don’t provide reset/clear methods, etc. I’ll go ahead and add that to make the test work for now. If we are bothered by the “pollution” of the resolver for the other tests that run after, I guess we can always disable that test, but leave it there and manually runnable if we ever need to.
