After reviewing with Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ) it seems necessary to properly handle the complex JSON types e.g. a JSONObject, with their own transcoders and IdPAttributeValue types - these could end up being generic Map types. This will then allow it to handle, at least, all the standard claims including the address claim.
