    Rationale: The Eclipse Aether project was adopted by Apache to become
    the Maven dependency plugin. The name had to change because it was
    registered and owned by Eclipse. I think it's reasonable to accept a
    signature from a Maven project contributor who has done release
    management in other contexts.
