Kinda really depends how the site is set up. With most of these folks not hosting jars anymore in favor of pointing to Central, I think it’s mostly just adding a link to, or a copy of, the key on the page where the statement saying “go get it from Maven Central” is. If they just have to know how to export it, that’s just
