The servlet context initialiser can be configured via system properties:

* net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.oidc.op.servlet.RegisterFilterServletContextInitializer : if the value is disabled (case ignored), the class functionality is disabled and thus filter is not registered - by default the class is enabled
* net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.oidc.op.servlet.RegisterFilterServletContextInitializer.mappings : space-separated list of the url-patterns for which the filter is registered - by default /profile/oidc/* /profile/oauth2/*
