Actually, I forgot we already have an AssertionLifetime prop on the SAML profile config. I’m trying to suss out how we already use this. I see we at least use it in generating the expiration time in Conditions when *issuing* an Assertion.

This is the opposite consuming case. Should we make this single prop do double duty for both emitting and consuming cases? Or add another property for the current consuming case?
