After more analysis, decided to switch the decoder/encoder class loggers' DEBUG-level inbound/outbound request/response logging into PROTOCOL_MESSAGE.OAUTH2 on TRACE-level.

The logic is that *PROTOCOL_MESSAGE.OAUTH2* on *DEBUG* -level is not logging secrets, but *TRACE* -level is.
