After a code review decided to change the revocation lifetime logic when revoking a single token: in those cases the revocation lifetime is taken from the expiration time of the single token that is being revoked.

Affected SWF actions: *RevokeToken* and *SetRefreshTokenToResponseContext*.

Also added global configuration property idp.oauth2.revocationMethod and wired it to the revocation configuration. Config was also missing wiring of idp.oidc.revocationCache.authorizeCode.lifetime.
