I initially just threw the new jetty and IdP at the installation process (not to self I really should build a MOJO so that this can be done using maven on windows boxes) and that was not happy.

So today I did it manually - a step at a time

* Install JDK17
* Install Jetty

* Diagnose and fix idp-192

* Install IdP

* It works

So now I’ll loop back and rebuild the msi and see whats going wrong
