I’m currently working through this starting with support and working through the IdP stack up to OpenSAML. I’m doing all the development on a dev branch so I don’t get in the way of code reorganization (and I now know that the changes will cherry pick in cleanly).

XSecTool and MDA are still based on the 11 parent and so there is (currently) nothing to change.

Once the ‘upper’ reorg is done I’ll do the IdP (and any new repos) and then push the whole ship-bang,

That will leave java-integration-tests.
