The OAUTH2.Token profile configuration now has enforceRefreshTokenRotation predicate (false by default for legacy reasons). The token endpoint revokes a single refresh token when it’s being used, if the predicate returns true.

The token endpoint now always revokes the full chain (all refresh and access tokens), if a single refresh token is revoked (see JOIDC-90 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JOIDC-90 ) In Progress ) and being used.
