Remaining tasks:

* Add auto-wired scripting context extender that pulls in missing Subject-related material (think this should work for both resolver and filter)
* Add “secondary” namespace handler and parsers for Scriped AttributeDef/DataConnector (these are TODOs in the primary handler)
