Capturing this so it doesn’t get lost in vacations and Holidays.

build#21 failed:

Without inspecting the code I’m guessing that a reaper thread got in at an inappropriate juncture, It could be that there are two storage services reaping and so things are weird.

At the very least this needs investigation
