[JIRA] (IDP-1817) Move extraction of display information from Attribute Resolution to point of use

Reopening to revisit deprecation warning. It's logging that when the filter engine runs because that clones IdPAttributes and that copies the metadata across using the setters. Not sure why it's cloning, but we may need to bypass the setters to bypass the warning.
