The metagen.sh script does not have the facility to alter the handlerURL.

I’ve read https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/SSPCPP-900 and realise that it’s unlikely the script will be updated. Since the Shib wiki says it “will eventually be moved over to the IdP where it's more useful”, I just want to record the request for this functionality so it doesn’t get lost.
