The RP proxy needs a way (other than something simple and static) to determine which RP metadata to resolve for an established OP (which itself is determined statically, by lookup function, or via discovery/webfinger). A general approach for this could be:

* Add an issuer value to the client information metadata. The resolver can then take an OP IssuerID and resolve the correct client metadata from that. * Allowing the clientID to be overridden by profile configuration (i.e. responderID) if a different mapping is required.

Adding the issuer to the JSON metadata will require possibly significant changes to the client information resolver.
