Many of the authentication flows like the Kerberos and Duo flows log completion and, on success, a principal:

INFO [net.shibboleth.idp.authn.impl.KerberosCredentialValidator:210] - Credential Validator krb5: Login by 'principal_here' succeeded

INFO [net.shibboleth.idp.authn.duo.impl.ValidateDuoWebResponse:200] - Profile Action ValidateDuoWebResponse: Duo authentication succeeded for 'principal_here'

It would be great if the SAML proxy flow would also log this information.
