I'll leave it to Ian Young ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3Ae127cb03-43ed-473d-b6ba-592949cb4be8 ) to make the change to enforcer-data (or not - that stuff is benign and will only cause problems if it goes out of date). Of course you will need to move the plugin version to 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT or (when it's out) 3.1.0.
