I’ve checked all of the other views in, and will remove the legacy files. In doing that, I realized the TOTP plugin is relying on the old CSS, so I’ll need to update that and release a new version to use with 4.2.

I think placeholder.css is a good enough signal that something is meant to be changed, and I also included a new message property for changing the name of the sheet in one place, so I think that’s probably sufficient together with the docs being updated eventually.
