I guess one option is to do the deprecate/add an “Ex” version approach to the base classes if we can solve the problem that way. I’m not opposed to that I guess, but it would be tough to really generalize enough to make sense, vs. the suggestion of just using something in the context tree, since that’s essentially already an arbitrary input as it is. So that’s probably the way to go if it can solve the issue.

I guess just having an OIDCClaimDecodingContext saying “requested claims true/false” is a clean enough way to handle it perhaps?
