Added a new SWF action *AddRemainingClaimsToClientMetadata* to the registration flow. It adds any claims from the dynamic registration request message that were not yet included in the response by the previous actions of the flow, but were included in the metadata policy. Thus they can be considered as recognized/known by the OP.
