Yes. It does all that now but adds a stage to resolve client information metadata (besides the profile config), so it has access to both. I think really I did not need both profile config and client metadata as a way to register stuff. Some things are already coming off the profile config e.g. the requestMethod. So I can extend that to include the other config options.
