    Add KeyId 0x056ACA74D46000BF to (new) keyring for io.netty
    
    key 056ACA74D46000BF: public key "Norman Maurer <norman at apache.org>" imported
    
    This is used to sign several io.netty jars including netty-buffer-4.1.45.Final.jar
    
    This is used in the MDA build and is found in trusted third party repo implying trust
    in the signing key.
