    Add KeyId 0x62EBFC78FE4156D1 to (new) keyring for org.jruby
    
    key 62EBFC78FE4156D1: public key "Thomas E. Enebo <tom.enebo at gmail.com>" imported
    
    This is used to sign dirgra-0.3.jar (inter alia) which is
    used by the MDA build.
    
    This jar file is found in the trusted third party repository implying trust
    in the signing key.
