    Add 0x4F9BDB78DB596386 to keyring for org.apache.maven.doxia
    
    key 4F9BDB78DB596386: public key "Vincent Siveton <vsiveton at apache.org>" imported
    
    Key is used to sign doxia-logging-api-1.1.jar which turns up as part
    of the XMLSectool build.
    Key is used to sign doxia-logging-api-1.1.2.jar which turns up as part
    of the MDA build.
    
    Jar files are in third party repo and so signature has been trusted.
