    Add key 0x7C7D8456294423BA to (new) keyring for org.easymock
    
    Key is used to sign easymock-3.2.jar which is in the thrid
    party repo and so the key has been trusted.
    
    Versions 2.4 and 3/4 come down as part of the XMLSecToll build
