In looking at different storage options for this, I’m left with the conclusion that it’s best to just extend the StorageService API to include an operation to get all the keys in a context. That’s come up many times before, and it’s not a complicated operation in database terms. I believe it is unsupportable with a lot of other back-ends, but I don’t see a lot of other options.
