See https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JOIDCRP-17 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JOIDCRP-17 ) , but the KeyAgreementECDHES algorithm descriptor is wrong. Therefore ECDH-ES is *not* supported by the runtime. This is a simple fix.
