Turning the key name extraction off doesn’t mean it can find a match. Doing matching by name is generally not workable but it might work if you added the appropriate key name to the credential config in the SP so that it can find the match. The docs cover adding keyName or the <Name> element inside a <Key> to add custom names to them.

The proper way to do all this is to send the actual certificate in the KeyInfo element within the encrypted key block, to avoid the need to coordinate on names.

If you need more help, you’ll need to take that to the user’s list for community support.
