Fleshing this out, the point here was to deprecate and then remove any lookups of the PRC within the resolver or filter impl, and within the individual filter and resolver plugins.

In turn the use of the profileContextRef or whatever it’s called in the Spring parsers would be deprecated in 4 and then removed from the schema and parsers in 5.
