Sorry for the misleading stracktrace (it’s from our client trying to decrypt the response), please disregard it.
I managed to update to 3.1.1 but still no luck. On the contrary asObject productes the expected result (e.g.:  {{ "nbf": 1650981166  }} ) thus probably the conversion routine is smart enough to convert primitive types without introducing further intermediate structures
