* Windows Installer built as per the doc ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/1135444563/V3V4WindowsInstaller ). (c/w jetty 10.0.9).
* Smoke tested (including attribute pull)
* Signed and checksummed and copying to http://shibboleth.net :~rdw ETA 21:40 BST
