Tag and release opensaml 4.2.0

git clone git at git.shibboleth.net:java-opensaml
cd java-opensaml
git checkout main # for good measure

cd opensaml-parent
mvn -Dmaven.repo.local=$REPO  versions:set -DnewVersion=4.2.0 -DgenerateBackupPoms=false

#Update parent, java-support and spring-extensions
Vi pom.xml

mvn -Dmaven.repo.local=$REPO -Prelease,sign clean verify

cd ..
