Both inbound and outbound interceptor flows are now wired for all OAuth2 and OIDC flows.

As some flows are quite different from each other, the decision-states and the subflow-states couldn’t be inherited as-is from the abstract flows in some cases. That’s not ideal, but OTOH the flows should be refactored quite heavily to make it possible.
