Another note, but I expect that Ian Young ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3Ae127cb03-43ed-473d-b6ba-592949cb4be8 ) saw this one coming:

It doesn’t suffice to change the coordinates in the parent pom from 15on to 18on, you also have to turn off (exclude) *all* the old artifacts otherwise the distribution picks up
