A note about the enforcer which also uses bouncy castle.

It is parented by the previous java-parent project (because the parent project has to contain a reference the latest enforcer coordinates). I’m relaxed about it using the older one. But I can have my mind changed.

As soon as 4.2 ships I’ll be moving the enforcer up to the 4.2 parent (and the parent-SNAPSHOT up to the enforcer snapshot…)
