The hashed session id parameter (HASHEDs) created by https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-1601 is not available when doing OIDC SSO.

I see it defined here in java-identity-provider: https://git.shibboleth.net/view/?p=java-identity-provider.git;a=blob;f=idp-conf-impl/src/main/resources/net/shibboleth/idp/conf/audit-system.xml;hb=HEAD#l914
