I'm looking at adding the enforcer to this project. I've noticed a few wrinkles

* The top level pom file has a URL to https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/MA1/Home which 503's
* The assembly file aggregator-cli/src/main/assembly/bin.xml still points to aggregator-parent for sucking out the documentation,

I'd make the changes myself, but I'm not yet comfortable by how this project it put together (I've yet to discover how and when the distribution is built - I see the assembly file in aggregator cli and the build stanza in the pom, but I don't see any evidence of anything bothering to look at it). Nil desperandum
