[JIRA] (IDP-1848) Expose any missing settings for LDAP pooling

I patched the missing default, but I reopened for a final check of whether we want the property in our schema to be validateOnCheckout when the underlying API is validateOnCheckOut

The difference in case might lead to confusion for people if that error pops up somewhere and they go chasing the wrong property name.
