Not sure if this is a bug or not. Nor yet where it is.

My head is full of JPAR-182 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JPAR-182 ) Open , so I'm popping in a case rather than overrunning my i-stack and I'll loop back later.

I have extended my JAR testing APP to look at the contents of bin/lib as well as the webapp. This has throw up two duplicate files

jcommander-1.81.jar
bcpkix-jdk15on-1.68.jar

runclass always puts both onto the classpath so we need to remove them from one of the two places.
