Commit 843e398d539da37f2410bc41356728557f19a4ef changes the URL pointed to by the POM’s <description> to the correct reference.

As noted in the commit comment, however, this is the wrong thing to be doing in general because the POM’s <description> is rendered as plain text by the site template. The site is, however, broken in a number of other pretty major ways so we might as well just fix the link here independently.

It looks as if we don’t in fact have another project for which we put the parent POM in the root and also generate a site. So at present the site is 90% broken, although the API from the mda-pipeline module does seem to be incorporated correctly which is probably the main thing anyone care about (if they care about any of this).
