As far as I can see there are profiles in the integration pom for versions of jetty going back to 9.3.

       <jetty.version>9.4.39.v20210325</jetty.version>
       <jetty.version>9.3.27.v20190418</jetty.version>
       <jetty.version>9.3.28.v20191105</jetty.version>
       <jetty.version>9.4.18.v20190429</jetty.version>
       <jetty.version>9.4.26.v20200117</jetty.version>
       <jetty.version>9.4.15-SNAPSHOT</jetty.version>

But jenkins appears to control this version explicitly as a dimension to test

The proposal here is to strip out all the old versions and just leave Jenkins as the mechanism for control
