So here’s the thing.

The jetty base project inherits the version of slf4j and logback from the parent project. My understanding from https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-1864 is that this is the correct thing to be doing.

For the Windows Installer this means that we should really update the jetty base bit

* for each new version of Jetty (as per the above) and
* For each new version of the parent pom

The last is a bit of a Pain because building the beast is a bit cumbersom
