I didn’t catch this in your wiring, but I suspect this is your bug:

p:attributeContextLookupStrategy-ref="shibboleth.ChildLookup.PreRequestedAttributeContext"

You’re diverting the lookup process for the data so that’s why it’s not finding it, fairly obvious once I saw the XML more clearly.
