In addition to the logging version change, my own deploy “worked” but stopped initializing the root context under webapp/root. I’m not sure our installer relies on that, probably not, but thought I should note it. It was definitely dismaying to see a patch update break something so fundamental, so they’re having another “moment” I guess.
